Associations

Sound familiar?

If one of these sounds like your association, you are in the right place.

  • Every volunteer does it differently

Each program has its own spreadsheet, its own forms and its own way of handling a late registration.

  • No clear view across programs

You hear about a problem when someone escalates it, not before.

  • Hard to show what happened

When a decision is questioned, the record is spread across inboxes and memory.

  • Reporting by hand

Board and season reports mean collecting numbers from every program and hoping they match.

What changes

One standard across every program

One way of working across your programs, configured to your rules rather than ours.

  • Consistent workflows

Registration, waivers, rosters, schedules and results follow one process in every program, whichever volunteer runs it.

  • Oversight

Staff approve roster changes and admission decisions, and can see who is registered, who has paid and who has signed.

  • Records you can audit

Admission decisions you can see and explain, and discipline and suspension records kept with the person.

  • Reporting from one source

Registrations, payments, rosters and results live in one place. The reports your board needs are scoped with you.

Ways to work

What LeagueNav runs, and what you keep

Expert implementation first: we configure LeagueNav to your rules, bring in your programs and train the people who run them. Then you choose which jobs we keep running.

LeagueNav can run

  • Setup and configuration to your rules
  • Registration, waiver and roster administration
  • Scheduling across programs and facilities
  • Game-night scoring and result corrections
  • Suspension and discipline administration
  • Communications to Team contacts
  • Participant onboarding

You keep

  • Your policies, eligibility and youth rules
  • Discipline decisions: we administer, you decide
  • Approval of money, refunds and policy
  • Your volunteers' roles and your board's oversight
  • Which jobs you hand over, and when you take one back

Every job we run has agreed volumes, deadlines and response times, and a clean handoff if you take it back. See the ways to work and what sets a quote →

Youth programs

Youth programs need guardian, consent and age rules

Adult leagues rarely need them. Youth competitions always do. LeagueNav does not run guardian or consent flows today, so an association pilot starts by scoping exactly those rules with you, and we agree that scope in writing before anything runs for young participants.

Scoped with you before the pilot starts

  • Who registers a young player, and who gives consent
  • Which ages play in which programs
  • What must be true before a young player takes part
  • Who can see and change a young player's record

We will tell you plainly what is ready today and what the pilot would set up.

Where to start

Four questions to answer first

Bring your answers to the conversation. They shape the pilot: which programs, which jobs and which rules come first.

  1. Where do your programs do things differently?

Those differences are what consistent workflows should settle first.

  2. What does your board need to see?

That decides the reporting we scope with you.

  3. Which decisions need a record?

Admissions, discipline and corrections usually do. We set LeagueNav up so the reason is kept.

  4. Which youth rules apply?

Guardian, consent and age rules are scoped before anything runs for young participants.

FAQ

Common questions

A scoped start with LeagueNav. Together we agree which programs and jobs are in, what has to be configured, including any youth rules, what success looks like and what it costs, before anything goes live.

Not the guardian and consent parts yet. Youth programs need guardian, consent and age rules, and LeagueNav does not run guardian or consent flows today. An association pilot starts by scoping exactly those with you, and we tell you plainly what is ready and what the pilot would build before you commit.

That is the point of consistent workflows. We set LeagueNav up around your process and train the people who run each program.

No. Start with the job that hurts most. LeagueNav works beside the tools you keep, and which system owns what is agreed up front. It takes on more only when it earns it.

By the work, not a rate card: your Teams, games and divisions, which jobs you hand to us, how clean your current data is, your deadlines and how much changes in season. Your Preview includes a quote, and nothing is billed until you approve the scope and the price.
